ERAS application but...
1 -should it be used only for california program? or it can be used for all
programs?
2 -must the real final letter be used as LOR? or the receipt of california
letter can also be used as LOR to assign to programs?
3 -without the real final letter, will they give us an interview? or they
will give interview until you have the final letter?

2. the official PTAL, not the receipt of your application;
3. Occasionally they may offer u interview knowing your ptal is on the way;
however, even with ptal approved, it's still hard to get an iv from
california programs | Z*****i
