my guess is ECFMG.there should be instructions on the ECFMG website.

"Once you secure the MSPE, you can submit the document to ECFMG
electronically via ECFMG’s OASIS. Documents uploaded through OASIS will
take one to two weeks to process. See Electronic Document Submission for
more information." |

office. You can upload over there by you own with the scanned PDF file. |
