2 Group study is very efficient
3 reference books: kaplan notes, MTB2/3, symptoms to diagnosis
4 Question bank: UW>usmelconsult>Kaplan Q bank
use MKSAP
5 watch kaplan video, convert video to audio
6 The real exam has a very lengthy question.
the logic: differcial diagnosis, management of patients.
7 There are a lot of errors on question bank, when there is some discrepancy
between question bank and mtb2/3, use harrison's internal medicine as a
reference
8 score reference
uw>75 then 260
uw>65 then 240
NMBE>500 then 250
9 pulmonary embolism, kaplan notes has a diagram for its management.
10 huskystar's timeline, 2 months to read kaplan notes, 2 months to read
MTB2/MTB3. MTB2 is spent most time.
11 use newer version of kaplan notes like 2010
12 the last month: keep reading mtb2
13 go over MTB2/3 two times
14 do uw online, treat it like real test, time mode.
15 Huskystar recommends reading books first before doing question bank in

read the FA parts that he felt he was not good.
Qbank: He focused on UW, he thought USMLECONSULT QBANK would expand our
knowledge, and qbank for testing speed.
He did not think step-up was good.
Last month, he focused on MTB2/3 and UW. | p**s

10. 目标刚毕业240，有connection可以低一些，分数没step 1重要
11. UW > USMLE consult > Q bank
12. 最后一个月 MTB3 做题
13. 把UW当real test

还有要补充的是他强调了, K notes, MTB2/3 几本书之间的联系(integration), 头两
个月过了k notes, 但好像没记住什么, 但没关系, 基础在那里了..video 反复看/听,
这不但对考ck 有帮助, 对做OB 也有用吧..
不久前也听过一个考高分的说, 把做UW当书读..既然UW 可以cover 80%..这个办法也不
错的..
不管用什么方法学习, 时间要保证, 这是绝对指标..其他可以因人而异.. |
