检查部位和名称：头颅增强
检查技术：FLASHT1 ,TSE T2,T2 tirm dark-fluid,DWI, 对比剂采用0.5mmol /ML 欧乃
影，外周静脉推注
放射学表现：左侧基底节区，脑干及双侧小脑可见多发斑片状高信号，增强后未见异常
强化灶，脑室系统未见明显扩大，中线结构居中。DWI未见异常高信号。

intravenous injection Radiological findings: the left basal ganglia, brain
stem and cerebellum shows multiple patchy high signal, no abnormal
enhancement spot, no significant enhancement after the ventricular system
expanded, midline center. DWI no abnormal high signal.
检查部位和名称：胸椎MR增强
放射学表现： 冠状位TSE T1.T2以及T2 SPAIR， 横断位TSET/FS,T2/FSS序列扫描：经
外周静脉注入适量欧乃影后行增强扫描
中上段胸椎向右明显侧突，椎体可见旋转，所见脊髓未见明显异常信号影，椎管未见狭
窄，中上端胸椎所对应的蛛网膜下腔明显增宽。胸椎旁，左侧胸腔及左侧胸壁团块状
T1W1等低信号T2W1 高信号，增强后可见明显不均匀强化，可见病灶沿左侧椎间孔延伸
至椎管内，胸椎左侧椎旁肌肉组织内可见片状斑及斑片状相仿信号。
Examination location: thoracic MR enhancement
Radiological findings: coronal TSE T1.T2 and T2 SPAIR, Axial TSET / FS, T2 /
FSS sequential scan: through peripheral intravenous injection of an
appropriate amount of Omniscan underwent enhanced scan
Upper thoracic right side shows obviously prominent, seen vertebral rotation
, spinal cord showed no abnormal signal intensity, no spinal stenosis, in
the corresponding of upper thoracic spinal significantly widened. Next to
the thoracic vertebral, has left chest and left chest wall lump T1W1 etc low
signal T2W1 T1W1 high signal, showed obvious heterogeneous enhancement
after enhancement, visible along the left side of the foramen lesions extend
into the spinal canal, left thoracic paraspinal muscle tissue visible flaky
