Improving your English goes fast.
Speaking accent-free English takes much longer.
As soon as you arrive in the United States, you should get some help to
improve your pronunciation. So don't lose any more time.
As a professional, you will be making your living by speaking English. The
sooner you speak clearly in English, the sooner you will be ready for your
job interview. It takes three things to get a job: English, personality and
professional training.
Your command of the English language can make a huge difference in your
income, or whether you get your dream job at all.
How much will you learn with me? That depends on these factors:
1. Are you highly motivated?
2. Are you willing to spend at least 30 minutes a day listening to, or
speaking English on your own?
3. Do you have somewhat flexible hours?
4. Can you sing a song or two? (Language is music)
5. Do you have a sense of humor and like to have fun learning English?
6. Are you a professional who needs to communicate clearly and friendly?
My qualifications include teaching foreign languages in public schools and
teaching English as a second language for 10 years. During those years, I
have taught at the community college, private students in person as well as
on Skype.
