话了.去了医院.立刻做了,CT and blood test说没有问题.到了医院其实就没事了. 医
生说是MINI STROKE.
2星期前在国内做过MRI,所以本人不愿做. 就回家了.国内的医院说是脑血管太细.本人
也有很多不好的习惯.抽烟喝酒都有.
医生给了个处方叫加PLAVIX.
请问该怎么办? 不知道在哪可以买更多的plavix.要不要再做MRI.
在国内做过造影,说不能装支架.

1. Head CT is sensitive to detect intracranial hemorrhagic stroke, but show
nothing for ischemia for the first 24-48 hours, so if the symptoms continue,
do MRI for sure. Without symptomatic evidence, MRI is optional.
2. For lunar stroke or TIA, prevention is all you can do.
3. Given the ischemic stroke occurs, thrombolytic may help, but therapeutic
window is only the first 3 hours from onset. |
