stuff is available in China.
Get her to consult a good 疼痛门诊. There are options other than oral
medication: skin patches, injections, IV, drug pump (esp. with patient
adjustment), nerve blocks, and palliative radiation/surgery if applicable.
The brain plays a major role in pain perception, so things like meditation
& relaxation exercise also help.

另外可以咨询麻醉科，帮助镇痛。不过任何麻醉药物的副作用都很明显。要做好最坏的
思想准备。

Consult pain specialist in your local area, who may even be able to provide
procedure based treatment, such as nerve ablation, nerve plexus blockade et
al.
