the symptoms, if only numbness as you described without motor dysfunction,
are consistent with type III Guyon's canal syndrome. most are caused by
previous injury or inflammation, some are idiopathic, but there are also
some caused by tumors or problems in blood vessels supplying the nerve.

他说自己也没有previous injury or inflammation。万一象你说的caused by tumors
or problems in blood vessels supplying the nerve，应该到哪个科去查，怎么查呢？

from extended compression, vibration from machine etc.
he should, usually, see a hand surgeon (can be a type of orthopedic or
plastic surgeons). some neurosurgeons also do peripheral nerves. some
neurologists also deal with this type of things for treatments other than
surgery.

发帖数: 796 | 15 过了这么长时间，竟然大姆指旁边的肌肉萎缩了，这一下才查出来是尺神经萎缩，需要
手术治疗。
