There must be spies in China's Governments, Banks, Universities and Research
Institution. You can never kill them all because the ememies will send more
if you kill one of them. And they will send a smarter one because they know
that the previous one is not good enough. So your killing is actually
improving their job.

If you can see though Mao Yushi, the TG sure does.

May be or may not be.
It depends how the spies think. One possibility is that the spy will
disguise themselves better and try to work smarter. After all, they live on
this.
