有个中国学生收到offer在415那天被取消了。悲剧就是他decline了所有的其他学校。
有人懂怎么处理的吗
记得以前有人有过类似的，好像也要回来了。

Dear Mr. ****:
I am very pleased to inform you that you have been selected to receive a fel
lowship from the University of ********. This letter is a formal offer of t
hat fellowship to you as a doctoral student in the Computer Engineering Comp
uter Science (CECS) department. The offer is for a stipend of $22,000 per y
ear, plus full tuition remission and health insurance. The fellowship is a
one-year award from August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012, and is renewable f
or one additional year. The department will fund an assistantship at the sa
me level for two additional years. Thus, the commitment is for up to four y
ears of support. Renewal of your fellowship is contingent upon your complet
ing a minimum of 24 credit hours in each academic year, with a cumulative GP
A of not less than 3.25 and meeting the
satisfactory progress requirements of the CECS. You will be expected to regi
ster for a minimum of nine (9) hours each for the Fall and Spring semesters
and six (6) hours for the Summer semester.
In order to be eligible for the fellowship, you must receive your Master’s
degree and be admitted into the University of ********* Computer Science and
Engineering doctoral program before August 1, 2011. Your fellowship will no
t start until you report in person to the CECS department on the University
of ******** campus and complete an I9-form (Employment Eligibility Verificat
ion). This start date can be no earlier than August 1, 2011 and no later tha
n August 15, 2011. Students receiving a fellowship are not expected to provi
de services beyond those appropriate to the completion of their degree equir
ements. You may not accept additional employment while the fellowship is in
effect without written approval of the department chairperson.
Although we encourage you to reply to this offer as soon as you have reached
a decision, the University of *********** subscribes to the Council of Grad
uate Schools’ Resolution Regarding Graduate Scholars, Fellows, Trainees, an
d Assistants, which provides you with the privilege of waiting until April 1
5, 2011 to reply. We will, therefore, consider this offer valid until April
15, 2011, unless declined earlier. If your reply is not received in writing
via mail, e-mail, or fax by this date, the fellowship offer is withdrawn.
This fellowship from the University of ********** is a very prestigious awar
d and you are to be congratulated. I know you will find the University of *
********* an excellent place to continue your studies.
