1. In USA, what we do the best is: THE FED IS THE KING!!!
We can first give fines on any company/corp from $ 100 million to 10 Billion
every time they fail to follow the rules and then force them to follow the
rules (find anything you can to bring them to the knee).
2. The beauty of this is that the Fed can do it repeatedly with different
excuses every time on the companies/corps till they surrender or file for
chapter 11:-)
3. In America, three drivers have traffic violations (you and other two
drivers), and the policeman only get you. You cannot argue that YOU DO NOT
HAVE
TRAFFIC VIOLATION. Too bad for you, you have to pay the price!!!! The other
two drivers will not pay for anything:-).
4. YOU GET CAUGHT AND YOU MUST PAY FOR IT! TOO BAD FOR YOU!
THE SAME IS TRUE FOR APPLE! Too bad Apple! you have been caught and you
must pay for it!!!! This is the AMERICAN WAY of JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!! | l*****7
