broad coalition to roll back this terrorist threat,” Obama will say,
according to excerpts released by the White House ahead of the president’s
speech, set for 9 p.m. ET. “Our objective is clear: we will degrade, and
ultimately destroy, ISIL through a comprehensive and sustained counter-
terrorism strategy.”
