I don't think he really did anything when he was governor. A do nothing is
about the summation of his time in office. Then he gets appointed up the
ladder to China. The Chinese didn't even like the guy. So now he comes
home to cash in by sitting on corporate boards and helping to rubber stamp
the status quo. Basically gets paid $100 grand a year and many, many stock
options and stock grants. What a way to get rich, better than the lottery.

@zyzzx yes he does. In fact he has been collecting a fat WA state pension
for years and now is about to cash in on his federal pension and will be
able to peddle is influence for HUGE money and still continue to receive his
taxpayer paid pensions.

About the only thing Locke seemed capable of doing well well was money
laundering (cf. the Buddhist Temple bag job).
I wonder how he'll do without the cover of his government cronies?
Although in this current fascist climate that may be a stupid question...
