Now , as to the Chinese sending out a small boat and towing off one of these
drones, that is a significant operational error and the USN needs to
rethink the whole procedure including the type of recovery ship. I'd option
for a bottom hull pool design, as in the old James Bond movie; Thunderball.
Anyway this should lead to the sacking of the whole liner of personnel in-
charge of this debacle. |

赌特特总统执政期），这期间首先搁置主权争议，其次中菲渔民共享双方争议区内渔权
，此外中菲建立共同渔政机构进行管理。其他资源勘探和利用也有中菲双方共同协商决
定。
只要这种条约签了，就可以拿着去建议其他争议国签署类似条约。从此南海实现中国为
主导的共治局面，和平发展。 |
