According to new data from Trulia, housing inventory grew 12.2% in the
second quarter, compared with 3.9% last year. Thirty of the country’s 100
largest metros posted annual inventory increases last quarter. This is
significant because 25 of them actually rebounded from inventory decreases
last year.
