One piece of the definition of state terrorism should be that the state has
all the powers, including military, to ruin other nations, peoples,
individuals by all possible means, including assassination, even with the
psychiatric coward fear of a potential threat. Such cowards would not
acknowledge the disasters and destroys they have brought to others; such
cowards would only WANT others to be slaves for their rule and profit. This
kind of time bombs to humankind and civilization must be defused, for humans
