好吧，刚看到，转过来给楼主看。
四川大地震，亿万民众感同身受，善款数字滚动上升，其中红十字会是一个主要接受善
款的部门，就在更多的网民呼吁善款用途透明的时候，却突然看到以下这段新闻，无锡
红会居然将地震善款扣留40%,只有六成的款项去到地震灾区！
本来善款是否能真正用到灾民身上，许多人在捐赠的时候就心怀不安，此则新闻报道如
果属实，那让人不能不怀疑，到底捐款在中途还会不会被各种理由扣留！真正到灾民身
上还能剩下几个百分点？

就为了1万块人民币，这种掉脑袋的事情，当领导的没那么傻。
我是比较了很久，选了SVTN。实在是对美国的机构不放心。

And I have to say you are toooooo extremely anti-FuBai le, found you try to
link everything to FuBai as possible as you can. Too Fen Qing le ba? Thinks

Anyhow I really hate those basters! You know I had been working in China for
almost 8 years, and just saw too many nasty things, corruption is a
systemic problem. I remember in the movie "The Shawshank Redemption",
mentioning something like "there is a river of dirt money flowing behinds
every deal the warden get", exactly what are happening in China nowadays, I
am not making this up, I used to chat with some sales guy,

FuBai is everywhere, not only in China.
Westerns has much longer FuBai histroy than China, and they have more
experiences to cover it up.
The only difference is that Chinese has much less experince to cover it up,
and make everyone can see.
In Westerns, they also FuBai, but in a much deceived way that makes people
even praise them for their FuBai (sure with a nice cover).

People has more money will speak louder for sure in media, not even mention
media is private owned!
Law enforcement? Joke to rich peoples, you won't won a case against them.

中国国内的腐败，我回答说是有腐败，但美国其实也一样，你看总统大选，哪个财团多
多捐钱，以后就多多拿政府的项目，the same thing. 他们也承认。
不相信美国的红十字会，它的CEO工资太高，捐款只是部分给中国，有上限，还不知道
什么时候给。其实也不太相信国内的机构，怕贪污腐败，怕搞成跟希望工程一样。本想
往香港红十字会捐，后来LD单位同意match up to $2,500，最后还是会通过SVTN转中国
红十字会了。
在公司工作的同志们最好给HR的头去信要求一下能不能给MATCH，LD的公司原来是不做
MATCH的，后来他们写信给HR的头，最后还是要了些MATCH，虽然不多，但有总比没有强。
这次的捐款总额这么高，希望能都实实在在的用在灾区灾民身上，希望能有一个强有力
的监督机制，不要出现贪污腐败挪用的情况，伤大家的心。

which country doesn't? Things r not gonna be perfect overnight, as long as
we r getting better over time
