Delta often has a first year free Amex delta gold card for 10000-12500 miles
sign-in bonus. NWA occasionally have 15000 miles credit card sign-in bonus

fresh in credit, Citi will just give you a lower credit limit. In your case,
you should stick with AA miles then. The regular offer for AA citi is for 5000
miles for the $50 fee for a personal gold card, and business card $75 for 7500
miles. But you can try to call this number (800) 829-7470 to get 10000 up
front miles with the $50 card, but I am not sure this offer still exist
