point, etc.). I started writing to them last summer, and the problem is
still unsolved as of today. Following their instruction, I have sent them
boarding passes, flight itinerary, receipt, cc statement (don't they have it
already?), airline audit voucher, a breakdown of my own calculation, etc.
However, citi's CSRs are so creative that every time they are able to
surprise me with a new, random explanation about why my | p****x

at first i have a MTV-U card, after 6 months citi gave me only 1 point for 1
dollar, nothing else... (everybody knows they should give 5 points for 1
dollaor at restaurant...)
called citi, they told me they would investigate, 3 months later, nothing
happened... so I have to call to change it to a ATTsavings+rewards card. 1st
year 10% for ATT purchase/bill.
after 4 months, same thing happened again, 1 point/dollar, called citi, told
me they will inverstigate, I was like: hold on, plz,

The charming part for TYN is that you can never reach them by phone.
The call center only take calls and submit requests on behalf of you.
The creative people who handle those requests are well protected by this
barrier.

最恶心的地方。
