The terms of the 75,000 mile Visa offer are that the first year's annual fee
is waived and you must charge $1500 on the card within six months. CitiBank
has instituted an "anti-churning" program which the CSR confirmed to me is
no more than 2 AA card applications in 60 days. The T&C says the offer is
good until October 31. So, if like me, you've recently gotten two CitiBank
AA cards and promos, just bookmark the link until your 60 days is up.
