ACC要想兴旺，AD这个层面上必须要牛，UNC这个AD就是典型的反面教材
Baddour has been in Chapel Hill since 1967, and AD since 1997. His football
hires have been a disaster: Carl Torbush, John Bunting, and Butch Davis.
Matt Dougherty didn't exactly work out in basketball either.
In fact, Baddour didn't even get into athletics until 1986. He was a Dean of
Admissions and a Dean of the Law School before that date. This is an
academic guy who was trying to run an athletics department, and it showed
with his lack of success in coaching hires. He probably didn't have any idea
what he was getting himself into with Butch Davis and John Blake.

相比lee fowler她凑是一个相当大的upgrade，来了以后hire了butler的男足教练，
找来了一个男篮教练，换掉了rbc center里那种不知道什么狗屎红色的座椅，football
stadium里换了一个大score board，反正我是挺满意，跟tob的关系也好着勒。当然如果
因为成绩不好，ad和hc的关系不好那是必然的，我想没有fans希望ad在那个时候当老好人
对任何人的评价都取决你屁股的位置，在我的置位上debbie是一个为college
athletics和fundraising而生的人。

Last year both Maryland and NC State finish 8-4 in football and NC State got
to play Champs Sports Bowl against WVU in Orlando (and we beat them pretty
badly), Maryland ends up play a shitter bowl in D.C. area against ECU. Ask
any Maryland player/fan if they want to play a better bowl.
If that's not Debbie's effort, you tell me who else did it.
