We are planning to purchase a house now. It is a for sale by owner case, and
neither side has an agent. The owner asked 1000 deposit, plus a 2% after the
attorney review. The 1000 dollars deposit seems ok, however, we have never
heard about the 2 percent due after the AR before. The owner told us that it
is normal for all contracts here in the middle New Jers |
