So, after my horrible pre-closing experience with my real estate attorney,
Yuexin Li, I never imagined that there will be post-closing issues arising
2 months after I moved in.
Bought a condo and was wondering how come I haven't received any
correspondences from the association and no statement for association fee
either. Called them today and they said they never received any documents
and checks that my attorney was supposed to send them right after closing.
The account is still under the previous owner's name and I don't exist in
their database. That's just simply awesome....
With that said, xdjm, do NOT hire Yuexin Li as your real estate attorney
even if he's recommended by your realtor. His involvement will make your
house purchasing experience much more stressful and you'll never close on
time.
