I am looking for a single family house with price around $500K in this area
or Closter.
Is there anybody living in CressKill of Closeter?
We need to take commute to columbia university and Times square. Any
suggestion about buying a house is highly appreciated.

Bergen County.
- $500K will get you at least 50 year old, 3-4 BR single family house with $
10K property tax
- For commute to CU and TS, there is NJ Transit and Coach bus to GWB station
(in Bronx, connecting with subway) (about 20-30 mins) and Port Authority
Bus Terminal (about 45-60 mins in rush hour). | l*****d
