I am looking for a clean and considerate individual to replace my roommate
who is leaving because he is getting married.
I have a flex bedroom with a queen bed, mattress, desk and chair. I live in
the master bedroom and another individual occupies the second bedroom. You
will share the bathroom. Utilities are split in the ratio: 50:25:25. Your
share will be 25% of the monthly utility bill (wifi + electricity). The room
will be available starting April 1st 2017.
About me: I am a consultant who travels for about half the month. Otherwise,
I work in midtown Manhattan. I graduated from NYU last year.

- Starbucks is right across along with several restaurants in the vicinity
- Running trail along the Hudson
