will do something in their system, then your EZ-pass will be charged for $2.
If you don't have EZ-Pass or your EZ-pass didnot join the carpool plan, you
cannot get the $2 carpool price.

or something like that, your creditcard will be automatically charged $25)..

又查了一下，wikipedia说这个费是因为E-ZPass agency是Triborough Bridge and
Tunnel Authority (MTA Bridges and Tunnels)。可以改成用没有monthly fee的
agency么？比如New York State Thruway Authority？

Marshall office has all holder's address and check license camera and tag
usage routinely to "get" people. (that includes normal usage, not just toll
evaders!)

is a bus stop, and tons of people wait there to hitch a ride across the
bridge. Pick one or two of them if you are in the mood to save $6 by doing
car pool
