这个事情我大概解释一下，就是这些个很小就到米国的小孩，很多连母语都说不清楚了

馆帮忙的，阿米哥的小孩有在街上贩毒的，没有正经事做呢，就容易走偏了，对社会影
响很坏。这个问题已经放了N年好像它不存在，但灰尘不打扫不会自己跑掉的，总是要
找个对策
但是DREAM ACT这个案子呢，又史无前例，牵扯面很大。TG搞改革都要找几个地方搞试
点，米帝也不能说是一锤子敲下去就一开一个大口子，直接上DREAM ACT政治僵局无法
打开，于是巴马就搞了这么一个绕过立法程序的小规模试点，试的好呢，2年以后就慢
慢放开，试的不好呢，2年以后这些人的EAD就自动作废
对于这些拿到2年临时EAD的人来说，这两年运气好的话可以找到雇主办EB23，不过在
485的阶段还要取得一个豁免才能拿绿卡，具体这个豁免能不能用到他们头上，就不知
道了
EB23们不爽是肯定的，但这世界上没有完全公平的事情，既来之则安之吧 |

you are right about taiwan. because KMT governing parameters are different.
free market is good only when the market size reaches a critical mass.
before it reaches a critical mass, if you do not apply any political effort
to it, it will only benefit the rich.
you see TG as a slave owner, you can surely see from another angle that TG
is a huge union leader. as a union, its job is to achieve collective
bargaining, after that, TG has the capability to move all resources they
way it wants to.
when KMT governed in china, they believed in free market. However, the
economy had not reached critical mass. then in late 1940s, when there was a
great depression type of economic setback, KMT has no capability to deal
with it, but downsized to taiwan.
what you see in taiwan today is largely because taiwan is small relative to
US market capacity. And KMT also evolved to face new global power play and
new economic methodologies developed after great depression.
in short, TG and KMT are both US's true students, but students of different
era.

come to the U.S. and find their way to get green cards (he can also relax
