house or they got married. they get married just because they thought it's
time to get married or everybody else is getting married. and a lot of ppl
are buying houses based on the same reasoning

住。
你租的房子永远感觉是别人的，不是自己的，也不愿意花心思去布置，去挑自己喜欢的
家具，去精心打理和收拾。
是谁也无法预料过10年你是否会还住在一个房子里一个城市里，但是那是另外一回事。

涨房租或被违反条例被踢出去。一般来说condo的服务也比rental building要好
当然，前提条件是你mortgage payment比同等条件的rent一样或更低 |
