挺合理的。
类似于条款多，物业管理费高，限定搬家时间，出租，卖房都要board批准，这些我都
无所谓，本来就是自己住。
只是想知道，我能拥有这个co-op多久？曾经听人提过，什么从开始变成co-op后五十年

own shares of a co-op corporation that owns the building. Let's say your co-
op corporation decided to turn the land to something else (for example,
office building), you will get part of sale price.
It is unlikely that will happen since the process is difficult and regulated
by the government. So you own your apt as long as you like.

established coop, things like that cannot happen unless there's a
overwhelming advantage to majority of the owners.
As for rules, they are generally in favor of owners who live there.
