One ultrosound will be considered in every pregnancy, without additional
diagnosis. Any subsequent ultrasounds can be considered if a claim is
submitted with the
pregnancy record and ultrasound report that establishes medical necessity.
这个保险是不是一般啊？哪些routine exams 都是哪些？可以再买一份保险吗？
