has some advice? I am very nervous since I didn't get the formal offer. It is
kind of weird. There are two managers in that unit. THe one interviewed me
told me she wanted to give me the offer and asked me when I could start to
work. BUt after i told her I was H4 and needed to change status, she hesitated
, espeically after she called the human resource and knew it probably took

be your temperary teacher and ask you follow her( like a shadow) and watch
what the she does. I am afraid they would ask me a lot of professional

上4个小时不算什么,可能就是看看你会不会用普通的IV PUMP,心电监护,
之类的.还有听交班. 一定不会让你碰药的. CHEST TUBE, FOLEY, NGT,
JP, PEG,就是偶现在能想到最常见的管子了.

工资怎么算?
另外你确定别人说的是SHADOW么?这个说法很不正规. 一般如果让你跟
带教,老板会说 WORK WITH...FOLLOW WITH...而很少用SHADOW这个词.
这通常是大家开玩笑用的,I WILL BE YOUR SHADOW TODAY.
一般面试之后不给OFFER,但对你有兴趣.老板会让你去参观一下UNIT,
然后可能问几个专业问题.再决定是不是要你. 在参观UNIT的时候会具体
谈工资,周末工资的问题.
你在电话里没问清楚么? 不给工资怎么能去干活,不仅不合理,而且不合法.

发帖数: 645 | 13 JP就是我们国内说的 手榴弹. 他们就叫 J,P.不用知道全名. 全名应该
是发明这个因流管的医生的名字吧.
PEG,就是专门用来TUBE FEEDING的管子,也给药.在肚子上,直接连到胃里.
