做kaplan的时候，question trainer 5, #147，DM 1病人9am cataract surgery,
usually 30U of NPH and 10U of regular insulin at 7am everyday. 问今天怎么办。
按照sick day rules，我选了give insulin and monitor BS q 2-4 hours.
答案是hold morning dose of NPH and regular insulin and monitor BS.
刚好和sick day rules相反。是不是sick day rules只适用于sick day，这样的
surgery/procedure day不能照搬。
有谁知道，能否解释一下。 | n*******a

's BG will drop by 9am. he/she could not eat because of surgery. What are
you going to do now if their BG is 40? The surgery will be cancelled or
postponed. |
