最后2.3 天是不是快崩溃啦

发帖数: 201 | 2 我有同事每个星期都是连着上6个12小时夜班的，据说上到最后几天人会很累很累，第
三天是最累的，后面几天稍微好点。其中有个女同事，估计40多岁，除了这6个夜班还
经常加班。每个星期估计她能上60个小时。她没有结婚也没有孩子，所以有时间去加班
。这样上班的人都很crazy，在我看来。

脑子都不转了，人也木头了，浑身说不出来的难受。休息的两天光睡觉了，然后又去上
早班了。千万不要上夜班。太痛苦了！ |

work more than 4 12 shifts in a roll to avoid tiredness. I think hospitals
have some regulation, otherwise if the employee make some mistakes due to
fatigue, the hospital may be invovled in the issue. Maybe different
hospitals have different regulations.

But not every fish in the river get caught.
And some small hospitals are short stuffed, they will pay more to get
people to work.
