For example: all numbers are before tax
base=25/h
shift differential: 3.5/h from 3pm to 11pm; 4/h from 11pm to 7am
weekend differential: 3/h which is added to your base anytime in weekend
holiday differential: no idea yet
overtime: 1.5 * base + all kinds of differential
calculation: if you work 12 hour shift, 3 days a week
from 7am to 3pm: 25*8=200
from 3pm to 7pm: (25+3.5)*4=114

Once your vacation hour is 108 hours(if you work 12 hrs shift)" what does that
mean?
Is that means after some working hours you had, you can aotomatically have
some vacation time?
and in the certain period of time ,you can have it as long as you nurse
manager agrees with you?

1. "....per year: 942*(52-3)=46158/year; using week to calculate year income
is more accurate than month *12 cause 4 weeks/month times 12 =48 weeks.
Howeber, there are 52 weeks per year, normally there are 3 weeks vacation, so
calculate by 49 weeks.'
From this calculation, it looks like that the vacation is not payed. For
other full-time jobs, the vacation days are paid 25*8=200 a day, and yearly
salary is 25*8*5*52=52000, using this example.
