十月份买房晚了点, 因为雨季开始了, 市场上的房会相对少些, 可选择的就相应少些, 但
价格也会相应涨的少些.

Portland for interview, I like the Pearl District a lot, also I found some
townhouses in that area that I really like, but they are still building it. I
can just move in right after I get to Portland. But a little bit expensive,

broker told me PDX is always hot even 5 years ago. The appreciation was around
6 % per year, but it around 20% during these 2,3 years. Don't wait too long!
Somebodies say the housing market is cool down. But you can check the real
price is still hot.
Frist of all, you have to find a area you like in PDX. And then go to that
area to find out a real estate office. Go that office and ask for recent COMP
