Background:
I got a PADI diving certificate from Costa Rica after some pool sections and
two open water dives, but still need two open water dives to get a full
certificate as an Open Water diver.
Q1:
Would anybody have any advices on where to go for a reasonable price as well
as beautiful view of underwater world? Some people mentioned Belize. What
would you think?
Q2:
Is there an expiration period to get a full certificate of open water diver
from the time I get my dive certificate? Some friends said 1 year, but my
instructor in Costa Rica said no time limit.
Any advices would be highly appreciated! | S********t
