班上有经验的大牛给推荐一本吧，多谢，主要是sport climb,不trad, 新手上路，娱乐
为主，不挑战极限，难度不超过5.10 (5.10a, b可以follow)

去Amazon看了没货，唯一的途径是从作者这里买了，36刀+邮费？

sports lines, maybe information on MP is enough. $5 itune download. The most
difficult part is the approach, for which the description from most books
can be hard to follow.
Red Rock sports climb rating is soft. So 5.9, 10- lines feature bolts far
apart, scary for beginners considering rock breaks once in a while. 5.10+
lines are reasonably protected. Routes rated 5.11 and up are much better
bolted. You might find leading some 10s are more comfortable than 9s.
For the routes in your range, moderate mecca in Calico Basin has easy
approach, (and is free!) Also Panty Wall and Gallery are common choices.
Tons of people go there so you can tag along other climbers. |

我看了一下, panty wall和gallery确实不错。很多5.6-5.10c的sport路线，
估计可以玩两天了。与其到处开车找路线，不如找一两面墙多爬几趟，呵呵

Driving is not a problem, except it is a one way road so you need to plan
ahead. Finding the crag is tricky.

那边的气温应该还可以忍受（我前几天还去smith rock了），希望不要下雨下雪就好

发帖数: 379 | 10 Front corridor has an interesting (well protected) 2-pitch 5.7 sports route
(man's best friend) and some 5.9 to 10- routes on the same wall. (We couldn'
t find names of those new routes in any guide book, so the rating is just
our estimate). 60m rope is minimal (need to down scramble a little to the
base). It's right beyond the parking lot, hidden behind a long valley.
Cut the Teeth Crag? in Calico basin also has some long easy sports route. (5
.7-5.10?) Approach takes about 30 mins, but it's a beautiful hike in a red
canyon. On the top, you will be able to see the city of LV, not bad for
pictures,hehe |

不过我们上次也没带够工具，只爬了sport，但是Trad的路线看起来好玩很多。

joshua tree主要是trad倒是真的

发帖数: 283 | 15 这个这个，怎么能拿红河谷出来跟红岩比，不是一个层次的么。红岩那里就是主要是
trad闻名；红河谷是sport 闻名。对红河谷敬仰的很，希望有朝一日能去那里爬11的路
线。唉唉唉。
