么多patent，包括很多无聊的patent的目的不是为了指望那几个patent能卖钱。目的是
为了对付一些流氓公司来sue你。只要你来sue我，我一定能从我的patent portfolio中
找到一些sue你的。所以多数大公司的patent 官司都是和解的，因为大家一定都侵犯别
人的专利。一般来说，大公司sue另一个大公司的专利官司都是狗急跳墙的表现。 |

带芯片厂商给apple提供芯片，基带芯片厂商给Samsung交过专利费，说明基带芯片厂商
可以销售，但是有可能买这个芯片的手机厂商，仍然需要给samsung交专利费。
除非基带芯片厂商为他的客户也交了专利费。

apple用的是qcom的基带吗？不知qcom和samsung之间的协议如何? qcom和apple之间也
应该有协议（针对可能的第三方专利纠纷）
