我们以前没干过，没有经验，现在才听说如果已经publish了，就不能申请专利了，而
我的这项工作早就已经在Nano letters上publish了，哭啊！！！请问各位懂行人，是
这样的吗？我要是非常想要这个专利，该怎么办呢？555555。。。 | d******r

., presentation at a conference or symposium.
If you published your results more than 1 yr ago, then forgot it. It is in
public domain and not patentable. |
