situations?
氧气环境下生长ZnO，氧气是替换ZnO中的O原子，还是成为间隙原子，或者是其他的状
态？
从没有想过这个问题，也没有学过材料的相关课程，不知道这个问题该怎么回答。看了
很多文章，都没有提及这个问题。不知道版上有没有对这个问题熟悉的，请给点参考意

defects都有可能，找篇介绍ZnO defects的综述，看看就好了。

定的p型ZnO，你就发大财了。 |
