反转球拍正反手么？见过几个人这么打，如果两面套胶差别很大确实很有效。但似乎有
印象有人说过这是违反规则的，然而我知道球拍换左右手又是可以的（这次世乒赛十佳
球里就有）……有人了解正式规则里是否有相关规定么？谢谢！ |

for this movement is "twiddling". ITTF has specific rules about the rackets
including rubbers and blades. However, how to use the racket is up to the
player.

要用长胶还是很有道理的。
