Two postdoctoral positions in Bioinformatics are available at Oregon Health
& Science University (Portland). Successful applicants will be working on
either (i) Bioinformatics tool development for Next Generation Sequencing
data analysis like RNA-seq and ChIP-seq with applications in immunology,
cancer biology and infection diseases; or (ii) Genotype to Phenotype Machine
Learning (GPML) by integrating big multi-omics data and clinical data.
