%comspec% /k ""C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat
"" x86
start in
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\"
The one you copied might not have the correct path I guess?
