如果真能这样做到，那版主应该奖励一下。
我看到这个版太多的人，面试前来发问，大家给他帮助，面世以后就无影无踪了。
也不知道是为什么。

In fact, this is my first time posting a message for help. I had on-site
experience at FICC before, and declined their second interview. I just
wanted to know any difference about interview procedures between these two
departments.
