发帖数: 594 | 3 it is not 薪水, it is bonus or maybe total comp (薪水 + bonus).
median bonus might as well be around 50k. given mid/back office and technology account for a big part of the head count, then there are those poor analysts who get bonus mid year, not year end.
the 10 or so top dogs could get 50-100M a piece this year. the 400 or so
partners >10M each, 2000-3000 MDs >1M each.
trading/sales/ibankers(VP+associates) split most of the remainder. you can
go work out the standard deviation. :)
