哪怕是谣言谁谁谁要走，比如你听说你上面下面周围的人都要跳槽，或者手里
已经有offer在纠结，你是不是也会考虑出去面试一下？
个别公司的结构动荡和不稳定对猎头是有好处的，只要不是整体性全倒了就行。

不错了，对candidate是尽量低薪找熟手。

发帖数: 606 | 18 老兄说话还是太激进了。接触过Tom，虽然没有搞定，但是觉得他还是认认真真做自己
的事情的。
现在嗷嗷待哺的人还是有的。Tom的帖子肯定是能帮到他们中的有些人。
另外，1-3年确实是junior, 5年算mid level，7-8年才senior. 这个没什么好纠结的。
也许个别激进的公司觉得过了三年就太senior, 需要裁掉换新人?
