California Republican gubernatorial nominee Meg Whitman on Friday told the
Sacramento Bee that, if elected, she would defend Proposition 8, which
prohibits marriage equality in the state, by appealing a federal judge’s
ruling that declared the proposition unconstitutional.
Judge Vaughn Walker overturned Prop. 8 on August 4, but his ruling is now
under the consideration of the ninth circuit court of appeals, w | k*****e

其次，现在候选人肯定要靠prop 8站队来拉选票
yes on 8能拉到大于50%的选票吗？
在walker的裁决之后，是否有民意反弹的现象？
或者另一种可能，
经过这么长时间的车轮宣传大战，民意更偏向于no这边？

First of all it will be pretty hard for the state to appeal. As the dead
line to appeal is in September. Long after Whitman or Jerry Brown is elected
