Position: Director of ProductDevelopmentCenter
This vacancy is positioned as the team leader of the Product Development
Center, with scientists and managers of more than 100 people. The Product
Development Center is one of the five major centers under our Central
Research Institute based at the headquarters in Yantai, and has already
successfully developed more than 200 products and hatched a few SBUs, which
created mass profits for Wanhua. Now we want to seek a right candidate who
have deep understanding of polymer materials and markets, and owns foresight
to the frontier technology.
Requirements:
- PhD, major in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer, material science,
or related field
- min. 6 years of productive experience in development and application of
polymer materials with international chemical companies
- experience in leading polymer material development and application team
- have great influence and wide connections in the material field
- proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ R&D experience of personal care product in multinational
chemical company
Familiar with polymerization, formulation, and evaluation method etc.
A systematic knowledge of the personal care product market and
frontiertechnology
Good understanding of the technical process and quality indicators of
products
Ability to conduct research and analysis independently and strong operation
skills to provide solutions totechnical problems
Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Science or other related
fields
2 years or above team leading experience
Customer orientated, and strongproblem solving ability to satisfy the
requirement of customer.
Strong interests and dedicated to R&D work of Personal Care Product
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Corporative, good team work
Good communication skills and coordination abilities
Strong systematic thinking and analytical ability

R&D Manager of Water Treatment Chemicals
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the R&D of water treatmentchemicals, at
least one period of experience in flocculant, reverse osmosis membrane, or
ion exchange resin
Able to lead the team to conduct R&D project
Deep understanding of one of the three chemicals mentioned above, and good
knowledge of their markets
