坡那个，你要是even pace，估计跟你的group里的人也不一定能跟上啊
每个pace group有几个pacer？
反正千万别受伤。这个速度对你应该小菜，保护自己比较重要！

希望实地考察的时候发现这个elevation变化只是个纸老虎。

又是PT，又是X Ray，MRI都做了，最后医生说没事儿，可能是ITBS，好好休养慢慢就好
了。一想膝盖是大事呀，这不就养到现在。也不敢上论坛，就怕一看大家的训练加比赛
俺也跟着热心沸腾，再把膝盖折腾费了。
前几天开始慢慢恢复跑起来，比去年pace慢一分钟，去年就龟速了，现在就不知道该怎
么形容了，sigh～
看到你的马拉松，真是赞叹，稳步前进！崇拜～

我已经报名参加了JEFF GALLOWAY 的长跑GROUP,这周六开始第一次训练.跑步分组进行
练习,新手从3麦开始练习,中手从6麦开始,老老手从10麦开始.长跑GROUP目标是年底的
各大马拉松赛事,很FIT我.
另外更新一下, 我打算参加ATLANTA THANKSGIVING FULL MARATHON,希望我能顺利跑下

didn't exercise regularly, got lots of problems like shaking hands,
obesity,
肌肉（肥胖肌肉）自主颤抖,头晕。。。。
去年3月体检全面不合格以后我彻底停止饮料，把汽车买了强迫骑车上下班，坚持锻炼
才折腾到今天算是走出obesity，进入overweight category。目标是normal.
