Actually.. the honest truth was.... I thought I caught a picture of Eve from
the Men's finish line -- about 30
yards away?-- I was almost certain it was her, but it turned out it was not.
cry!!

I was stuck at the men's finish line, and was afraid I would miss anyone
from the men's group. I called Xiao
Long and was hoping those who have finished could catch her at the finish
line.....
I left the men's finish line at about 4hr15min, after I caught a picture of
a girl who I thought it was her.....
see the attached..
then I went to search her with no luck...
when I finally found the group, I was told that she might still be running.

，然后说自己一个星期就跑20迈，临比赛了还说自己是随军女记者。
最后，记者上阵了，全马啊，最后一迈的照片还那么轻松。咣当咣当，大家眼镜掉了一

实话说，冲刺的时候应该还显得挺轻松的，因为特地的走了一段再冲的最后0.2迈。嗯
，最后几迈一直都挺轻松的，因为一直在走:p 轻松的路人都看不下去，要我快跑。

我查了我的log，这7个星期的总mileage是43个迈，包括pace达到14分的跟我的妈妈朋
友跑的两次7个迈，以及某个星期的数个3迈的easy run。其他有几周都是0.
CIM如果有半马，我想我会认真对待认真跑的。
这次，真是没计划要跑下来。看我的report就知道了。所以要是有人批评我没尽力，没
push，我承认，不过完成26.2迈本来就不是我的intension嘛。呵呵，我阿Q的开脱

，十分开外的pace跑了五迈，旧伤在两迈的时候又出来了，最后草草收工，五小时真不
是乱说，现在心里一点底都没有。

能忍受，后来越来越重，重到腿打弯都直不起来。不过昨天还没有那么严重。这周彻底
休息五天，最多就去游游泳，希望race时候能推迟一下出现问题的时间。病急乱投医，
我现在每天吞四颗advil，晚上睡觉绑上CVS热孵的东西，一天滚两次foam roller，希
望有点作用。

这个礼拜好好休息，也许比赛那天会有奇迹发生！
把这个比赛坚持完了，然后好好休息调整一段时间。
在最差最差的状态下完成一个马拉松，之后所有的都会better than
this time!

如果比赛一开始就按照很慢的pace来，会不会好些？
